My husband, Kevin, and I opened Home Body, Eco-Luxe Living as a sustainable lifestyle showcase. We feel that objects in our lives should elevate and enhance our daily experience, from the cleanser you use, to the cup you drink your morning brew from. To us, being "green" isn't a task, sacrifice or just a trendy movement, it's our way of living. We believe that daily practices not only matter, but can create real change. While perfect choices are rarely possible, we embrace making conscious choices. Our goal at Home Body is to offer luxurious, exclusive items for the home and body as well as provide exceptional skin care services with great products. All our wares are sourced with that in mind. It's about deliberate, not conspicuous consumption. And when you know that something is good for you as well as the world around you, it just feels... well, good.

Melissa is a graduate of the Evergreen State College with a degree in Art & Language. Her background includes art gallery and clothing boutique sales & display. After esthetics training at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN, she returned to Olympia and offered skin care services at Euphorium, Aveda Salon & Demi Spa. Then she went to work for Dr. James Brazil at Olympic Dermatology & Laser Clinic, performing laser and esthetic treatments. Kevin is a practical & creative partner at Home Body, but his full time position is as Director of Marketing and Curator of the gallery at The Washington Center for the Performing Arts. Amy received her massage therapist training at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She then moved to Olympia with her husband and son and offered skin care services at Euphorium, Aveda Salon & Demi Spa. Since then have come two more sons, several dogs and many years of self-employment!
